刚在Hostease博客上看到要升级系统的通知,特转来告诉大家:

1 Hostease本次系统升级的具体时间是北京时间:2010年6月24日14时-17时,由时间上看的出来,hostease是想在用户使用后台系统较少的凌晨来进行,可惜时差问题正好我们是下午。

2 此次升级涉及到支持系统和管理系统,升级过程中live chat和ticket支持将不可用,而电话支持仍然可用。

3 升级过程中将不能对用户后台进行管理,但是你可以用类似的地址“yourdomain.com/cpanel”登陆你的空间进行管理,同时新用户若购买hostease主机也将不能完成,所以请购买者错开这个时间段,购买可参见本博hostease购买指南:Hostease支付宝购买图文教程,请注意优惠码的使用。

4 升级过程中,网站访问不受影响。

Dear Customer,

We would like to place our sincere thanks for your interest in our HostEase. In order to provide better services to our customers, we will be upgrading our server on Thursday, 24 June 2010, from 2:00a.m. until 5:00a.m. CDT.

It will take 3 hours to upgrade both the support and manage system. We start the upgrade from the support system which will need 1 hour. Then it is the upgrade for manage system which requires 2 hours.
The live-chat and ticket support will be unavailable while the upgrade for support system are taking place,however, you still could expect phone support.

When we are upgrading the manage system, you will not able to access the Manage Page for any management and your requirements for purchasing products will be not meet. Customers are allowed to login into your hosting control panel and manage your hosting account via the address “yourdomain.com/cpanel”.

During these upgrades process, your websites will not be affected. We do these upgrades with the purpose of adding more processing power to our support and manage systems. Thus they will help increase their speeds and efficiencies.
